This little boy is making up his own rules. This week he's started telling me "No No!" I didn't know he could (or EVER would) do that!! He flushes the toilet or pulls open the stove or walks into Wilson's kennel and knows that he's not supposed to - looks at me and says 'no no' - and continues to do it anyway. Where does he get that from? I dare say he's even hit me a few times this week when I didn't do what he wanted right when he wanted it. Time for daddy to come home. I'm not sure what that will do exactly as far as changing the hitting situation, but it's happened since Brian left, so I figure that's what it means.

Despite of that, I still adore this little boy. At fifteen months, he is SO MUCH FUN. He's learning so many words and associating so many things so quickly - it's pretty incredible to watch. We practice his animal noises daily and are always happy when someone will pay attention and listen. Obviously I appreciate it...
New fifteen month stats: (9/10/09)
Weight: 29 pounds, 13 ounces - 97% We think he's thinning out. :)
Height: 80%
Head: 95%
The doctor assured me we're not feeding him too much, but that's a little hard to believe.
I am grateful for all of my boys (yes, even Wilson). I realize more and more every day that I have a very, very happy life.

He is too cute! He is becoming his own little man. Hooray for Brian coming home today!
Nat,
Thanks again for your help today! I really appreciate it!
And Gavin is getting SO big. What a cutie!
What a cutie! He looks like sooo much fun!
He really is too cute. And, sadly, I must warn you that the naughty train is just barely pulling out of the station! You're in for a wild ride over the next year. And then the year after that. And, well, I'm sure you get it.
Incidentally, do you have KILLER arm muscles from carrying that boy around? :) Kennedy is about 21 lbs now, and at almost 18 months old is ready to walk most of the time, and I'm pretty much over carrying her much. I remember being much tougher when Patrick was little cause he was such a chunk.
He's so cute Natalie! Are you guys going to be down this direction anytime? If you are, let me know. I'd love to see you!
We have an all boy house too. Even our two dogs are male. We tell people our goldfish, Fin, is a boy also.
